Question: Do animals have rights?
Answer: No.
A right must be understood and exercised by the party deserving the right.
With a right comes a moral obligation to respect the rights of the other party.
The right is a liberty given to people for people that work in conjunction with stabilizing civilization.
To abuse your rights is to stem the flow of society. Leaving anarchy.
A dog doesn’t have the right to not suffer, it is simply morally wrong to allow a dog to suffer.
In this instance killing the dog swiftly is morally right because you are removing any suffering

Is everything we do is a predetermined act? And if so we therefore can’t really be annoyed by the outcome.
