The reply has to be….
I enjoy animals.
Do I have a loving relationship with animals? NO.
I eat animals and animals die as a result of my actions. For example. I don’t clear the lawn of creatures before I mow it. I won’t slam on the brakes if a dog or cat runs out in the road because it may put other human lives in danger. I eat caged hen eggs and am prepared to try any new food including animals that aren’t normally on the menu without thinking about if they had a good life or not. So no. I’m not an animal lover.
I enjoy animals.
