A right must be understood and exercised by the party deserving the right.
With a right comes a moral obligation to respect the rights of the other party.
The right is a liberty given to people for people that work in conjunction with stabilizing civilization.
To abuse your rights is to stem the flow of society. Leaving anarchy.
A dog doesn’t have the right to not suffer, it is simply morally wrong to allow a dog to suffer.
In this instance killing the dog swiftly is morally right because you are removing any suffering
Is everything we do is a predetermined act? And if so we therefore can’t really be annoyed by the outcome.

I was out and about today and I overheard someone saying ‘I’m trying to make an effort’.

Try not to stress about it. It only promotes an unhealthy lifestyle. The stress isn’t going away so let someone else do all the stressing. You concentrate on getting the task in hand done.
